Art is an open window on the creative spirit of man who never ceases to amaze you.

In Florence happens to discover (or rediscover) the artistic genius of man and the depth of human nature when, inspired by the sacred, transforms the most humble matter, such as raw stone or the most common pigments, in harmony and beauty. Photography does not want to replace the human eye in this encounter between the inner world of the artist (painter, sculptor, architect, etc.) and the exterior of the work of art that collects the most sublime messages; The photograph wants only to preach the aesthetic power of the masterpiece by selecting a fragment that is exhaustive synthesis of the whole. I love Florence because it is not a city of art but it is itself a work of art of rare elegance where the nuances of the finest and noble souls like those of Giotto, Brunelleschi, Vasari, Botticelli, Leonardo Da Vinci or Michelangelo (just to name a few). When I take photographs in artistic Florence the memory goes to the words of his Supreme Poet “you will find, not after many cards / that your art that, how much he / she / he follows, how ‘the teacher does the learner / sis that your art to God is almost nephew “; I like to synthesize these verses in Dante so: “The Artist is almost a nephew to God”.
